| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. For your own security we ask for the CVV number from your credit card. This is the last (usually) 3 figure number on the signature strip of your card. ALL PURCHASES ARE SECURE AND ENCRYPTED FOR YOUR SAFETY. Images shown are for illustration purposes only. | Shipping And Handling (you must choose 'courier' unless you are collecting from our offices in Stoke On Trent) For in stock items customers are usually contacted (except at weekends) by telephone within 48 hours of ordering to arrange delivery. We will never deliver goods until we have called to arrange a convenient delivery day. All orders are shipped by insured APC courier. Deliveries are on weekdays between 9am and 6pm. It is not possible to deliver at the weekend unless by special arrangement (and additional cost). This can be arranged when we contact you. Should you be out when the courier calls they will leave a card to let you know they have attempted delivery. They will then take the order back to YOUR local depot. You can arrange collection from your local depot by calling the number on the APC card. To find the location of your nearest APC depot please visit www.apc-overnight.com and select the 'location' option, enter your postcard and click 'submit'. Somebody must be at the address to sign for the goods on the day of delivery. We can ONLY deliver goods to the creditcard holders registered address (e.g. the address the bills are sent to). It is NOT possible for us to deliver goods to another address unless there are specific procedures in place (e.g. ICL). If you are unsure please call us on 01782 375 480. Collections: If you are collecting goods from PC Interworks that have been ordered on-line you MUST bring your credit card with you when you collect, along with suitable identification (e.g. utility bill, passport, drivers licence). Your card will NOT be charged when you order on-line but will be charged when we swipe your card on collection. There are NO exceptions to this rule. PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP GRADE 2 PRODUCTS ANYWHERE BUT MAINLAND UK. |
| Tax Charges 17.5% VAT is added to all order and the price is displayed clearly next to each order, excluding and including VAT. We regret that at this time we can only accept orders to be shipped to the UK. |

NUMBER*** The C.V.V. number (Card Verification Value) is the LAST 3 digits of the number written along the signature strip on the reverse of your card. If you have any queries, please contact us on 01782 375 480. All credit card numbers are taken and encrypted behind a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). They are only decrypted after they reach us. They are not held in clear text on any web site. The 'golden padlock' symbol will appear in your browser when you reach the credit card input stage of the checkout. This is your assurance of security. |
| Guarantee No Quibble Exchange/Refund All unwanted goods can be returned for a refund (within 14 days of delivery date) but are subject to a 15% or £10.00 (whichever is greater) restocking charge to cover delivery and administration costs. All goods must be unopened and in as new condition. The money will only be refunded once the goods have been received and inspected by the PC Interworks Ltd returns department. |
